Does anyone know best way to....

Hey all:

I have the beige leather interior and its dirty from previous owner. It has dirt, grease and grime all over, on both the leather and plastic parts.

Is there anything I can use from a local store to clean the leather/plastic without ruining anything?

I want to get it detailed in a month or 2, but these stains on interior are killing me to look at everyday.

P.S. is there anything that can shine the wood inserts and protect them from getting scratched so easily?

Thank you for any help on this guys/gals.

MrD

Local? I would try Lexol for the leather treatment. As for the plastics, I would go for the Meguiar's interior cleaners and protectants. Again, this is for local products as opposed to online.

Nothing protects from scratches per say, just be careful, its your new baby. Considering it's faux wood, I'd again use the Meguiar's products.

But once you're done with all that, I strongly recommend browsing online websites such as detailedimage and getting some great quality products.

I use Zaino products which you can get online. You can call them and they'll coach you on exactly what you need to do to bring the interior back up to snuff. They're good guys. I don't know the customer service number off hand, but if you go to www.zainostore.com it will be there on their site.
