I updated to the 3-13 maps and did this log. I'll try to reproduce the first log but i did the exact same thing i did in the 2nd log... strange.
Normally when updating maps you do reset adaptations, as its stated in the readme file that comes with the maps (Mode 3 on the Command Center and do commands 12 thru 1) and sometimes it solves by itself those kind of problems, so maybe that's why...

Kalud, why is it that they have a variable boost control setpoint but we don't? I mean, if my boost control is set at 17psi then thats a straight line in my logs?

for example... look at my boost log bellow

You want the trims to be positive but not maxed since that means you are not reaching the afr targets. Its "Open Loop" Fueling table, and the more you add the more it offsets the table to add more fuel, and keep Fuel Trim in their authority range (+/- 34)

Then I think it might have solved your problem Once you get maxed +34 Fuel Trim at 100% OL Fueling, I think its time for methanol...

I think its related to the Aggressive Maps that targets different boost levels based on RPM. Higher boost down low and less up top.

We are getting OT, but the n55 basically is as aggressive as it can, maximum boost (16 to 18psi) down low, naturally tapering to 14 up top TON of torque down low and no top end
