SHORT TERM Lease Takeover Opportunity

Hi guys,

2010 BMW 328XI SPACE GRAY on SADDLE BROWN Combo with wood trim.

I am looking to get out of my lease early. Lease expires Dec 2012.
The reason for this is because I need to have a car for two years from now after which point I will move and will not need a car. SO if I can get rid of this lease, I would start looking for a new, 2 year lease.

The car currently has 21.5k miles and must be returned with 30k. This allows for 950 miles per month.

AS INCENTIVE, I am willing to let the buyer keep my $600 depsit that will be returned upon lease end. THIS WILL BRING DOWN MONTHLY PAYMENTS from the current $550 per month down to $484 per month.

I am a car enthusiast (obviously, I'm on this forum!) and the car is in absolutely pristine condition and was highly taken care of. No accidents etc

I had to wait 3 months for it to be cusotm built in Germany.

Features:
1)Sports package - 17" rims, sport bucket seats, sports steering wheel and black shadowline trim
2)XENON halo headlights
3)Parking sensors on front and back
4)Navigation system
5)Genuine leather seats, electronic adjustment
6)of course all of the STANDARD BMW features.

Things I added myself:
1)Light tints
2)Black OEM grill

If say I decide to own the car after the lease, how much am I looking to spend? Did you agree on any residual value when you signed the lease?

Anyone out there bought a car after the lease expires?

Hi,

When I log into my BMW account, the residual value stated is $27k.

Does this fully answer your question?
