Who is the better SA in LA?

Hello, Guys
Question for everyone "Who is the best SA (Dealer Name & Location) person in Los Angeles that will work with you on your ride"? Especially people like us who are "Modder's & some of us still have warranties on our rides?

Tim West or Eric Ho @ New Century BMW. Both of them are excellent and extremely accommodating.

You can get the manual online for free. What do you need it for? there is no secret in there, very similar to the manual that came with every other car I've owned. In case you didn't know, the big button that says "start" is the one you press to start the car.

OT but are you sure it's not in the trunk in the tray near the first aid kit and "tool kit"?

Yes, SA has admitted he must have "forgotten to put it back in after detailing" and with his high level of competence has been unable to mail it crosstown for 2 months. Bottom line, if you SA can't even drop something in the mail, what CAN you expect them to do.

Interesting, I've never had an issue with Nick Alexander. I've been with the for quite a while and used to drive from woodland hills just to get service there. It seems like you come off a bit demanding and needy, maybe that's why you haven't received your glove box manual yet.

Yeah, I don't normally do well with incompetence, nor do I tend to allow it.
