Suggestions for neat wheel set up

I have a stock Jet Black E90 2006 325i base model with 16in wheels.

The tires are getting ready to be replaced. I was thinking of buying new (or used) wheels and then new tires for the new rims.

There are plenty of options and I am confused.

I am looking for clean and elegant look. The first impression has to be "wow that looks neat and elegant"

Please post pics of your rides so that I have a few real life pics to compare

Will these need rolling of fenders?

As far as I know, the wheels are replica. As you can see, the wheels are not that close to the fender but wheels has to be stretched a little bit.
