possible causes for a bumpy ride?
Guys,
Any spare thoughts on what might be linked to my problem? Problem: now i got bumpy/shaky ride when before I had wobbly steering at speed but after getting the alightment and wheels balanced I don't havr wobnly steering..car go straight..when braking it goes straight. I thought I had a problem with the tires which might developed a bump but after taking the winter tires off there were no signs of it. Poped the runflats back on and my friends can still feel the ride slight shaky.. What I did: hunter alightment, wheels balanced 3 times. What I think is I have buckled fronts alloys. I ask if my wheels were buckled when I change my summers back on they only said "not really" I did notice their were more weights on the wheel.I got my runflats back on which probably masked the problem. Anyway I want to ask if a shaky ride can be caused by something else or related to the suspension being worn or brushed etc? Car is aprox 43k now , just want to make sure I check everything before I splash out money for replacements.. lucky I fot the reps which are much cheaper to replace than genuine ones ?

You alignment shop should easily tell you if the wheels are out of shape.
And yes any worn bushes can cause instability. Has someone else been driving your car?
