WTB: ContiExtremeContact DWS tires 18"

Looking to buy a full set of ContiExtremeContact DWS tires. Open to other A/S.

Prefer 235/40/18 & 265/35/18, but would do 225/40/18 & 255/35/18

Thanks!

Check Sullivan Tire, they price match Tire rack + shipping and they did a great job. i had a set put on my car (09 E92 328i) back in December and i have to say they are a very good tire. i do a lot of miles (750-1K/week) and they are still perfect and their tread life rating is a 400 and it is true. I have just over 10K on them and they don't show very much wear at all and the are a very smooth riding tire. The only thing I think you may notice is the sidewall difference if you are coming from an RFT, where you can notice it in a high speed corner. I have heard that increasing the pressure takes much of that away but i have not tried it. Enjoy them i think you are making the right choice.

Before I ordered them, I wanted to see if anyone locally had a set they wanted to part with. I was planning on going to Sullivan or Town Fair Tire to see if they would match TireRack's pricing. Thanks for the review, it's helpful to hear.

I ordered DW's for the summer from Discount Tire Direct. Danny beat Tirerack's price.

Mind you, i was a loyal TireRack guys! All my cars have tires from TR. He even did one better for my sister's car. The tires i wanted to get for her DTD did not have and were on back order from Michelline. My second option was a tire that was 30 buck more expensive on TR. He gave me the more expesive tire for the same price as the ones that were on back order. Yeah, DTD is good when it comes to pricing...no shipping charges either.

If you are still in the market, PM and i'll send you his number.
