Performance exhaust tips sticking out!!

I remember a while ago seeing some pictures showing how far it stuck out! Has anyone had the pipes shortened so they look more stock?
I'm just wondering!

They're made like that. You could ask you muffler shop to cut your tips and reweld them further.

But since the PE tips are ugly, might as well replace them while you're at it.

It depends on where your shop cuts the OE midpipes off. Measure twice, cut once. Mine fit perfectly.

Even though I have a remus exhaust my tips were adjustable. I made them stick out so you could see the remus symbol. Maybe your tips are adjustable also.

True if the PE is welded. False if its clamped with the provided clamps.

If clamped, they always stick out. If welded, well then you can do what you want.

Depending of the color of your car, you want at least half an inch further then the bumper or else it'll stain if you're running a tad rich.

As easy if it`s clamped also. Look at the rubber hangers to see if they are in a vertical position. If not , defenitely need adjustments that may need more cutting.
