Any idea how to install this add-on??

i just found this rear bumper lips and there are no holes for the screws or anything.. should i use 3m molding tape only? or glue?? any idea??

Personally, I'd use the double sided tape - the glue would work fine - but once it's on there it's impossible to remove the part if needed in the future without damaging something...
