H&R springs + factory dampers. Okay?

I'm thinking of lowering with H&R sport springs to get alittle lower stance and stiffer ride. The guys at eurosport (dallas area) are saying the OEM dampers will be just fine. I previously had an accord with eibach and OEM dampers and it felt bouncy and unstable. I don't want my E90 to feel that way. BTW, its an 325 with standard suspension. Any thoughts? Is $700 for the springs, install, and alignment reasonable? Thanks from newbie

EDIT: I see an similar thread and was advised Eibach and Koni's. Any other opinions on OEM dampers or other suspension setups without going to coil overs Thanks.

I have had H&R sport springs with OEM ZSP dampers for close to a year now, and I don't have the bouncing. However, the addition of front and rear H&R sway bars did make the ride more rough when going over uneven pavement.

H&R race springs seem to be bouncy with the oem dampers from what I have been told and have noticed.

i've had h&r sport springs and OEM shocks for about 9 months and 10,000 miles on this set up and everything's fine, car still handles like a dream, the stock rft's can contribute to a rougher ride though

I don't think the OEM dampers will go well with the H&Rs. It may ride your car lower in the height than the H&R's expecting. But the handling remains the same and the riding will be like floating in the sea
