Does anyone know where I can get my car touched up without spending thousands of dollars?

Someone decided to run a shopping cart into my car and didn't feel the need to leave a note or anything. I cleaned it up as best as I could but there is about a 4" by 2" scrape left in my car. I'm pretty sure that I got it wetsanded as best as it could and all it needs is a fresh spray of clear coat so it matches the rest of the clear coat but I'm unsure. But for the most part that paint looks ok.
