Improve the bass in your car by swapping in these underseat woofers from the HiFi system!

These woofers come from the following part numbers with the woofer enclosures removed:

Just swap out the old woofers from your existing enclosures and PnP these new ones. The bass of your audio system will be greatly improved.

These are NEW units which have never been used.

Retails for $400 for the pair (with enclosures). Will sell for $299 + shipping of your choice for the pair.

How are these different from the oem bidi woofers that come with the car?

The hifi woofers, which are 8", will be a noticeable improvement with punchier bass over the base stereo system and are drop-in units for the 6" base stereo woofers in place now.

What onebadmofo said is true in terms of pricing, but consider that the overall cost of installation will be higher with the SWS-8s.

With the SWS-8s, you'll need to cut wires or make up wiring harnesses, spacers so the speakers can work properly, modifications to the enclosures to accommodate the SWS-8s dimensions, and an amp can that push the less efficient SWS-8.

SWS solve some problems and create some problems. Without a good EQ setup, they won't handle the midbass duties that our underseat woofers need to cover.

I'm trying to figure out what these woofers are about. I need to upgrade mine.

Oh, I see, these *ARE* the OEM hi fi underseat woofers. I thought they looked familiar!

Yeah, for those poor souls during 2010-ish that got the lower than hifi setup (luckily most model years, 'hifi' is the lowest end offered in the US) adding these and some amplification, de-eqing the headunit, adding tweaters, would all be good stuff.
