Aftermarket InDash GPS/DVD Radio frm ebay? Good? Possible to reprogram/turn to carpc?

Hi
I have seen lots of aftermarket OEM InDash GPS/Radio/Bluetooth etc something like this ...

Has anyone ever used one? Are they any good? They look like a cheaper version of the Dynavin?
They seem pretty good.

But it also got me thinking do you think it would be possible to flash the software so can run own custom interface like Centrefuse so you in effect have ur own OEM looking Car PC, I note most of them run off WINCE 6?

What do people think? Any ideas? Better solutions etc?

Edit: if i understand correctly you need to buy a new dash right?

Yes it does look like the cheaper Dynavin .. There's also another one similar to this from China ( the seller's location ) but I don't know if I want to put something in my new bmw from china ..
