I have a set of CamaroSS305's, but I can't seem to get a hold of him anymore, and I don't know what specific bulbs he's using. The kit itself is awesome, but the 12000K is a bit much for me....if anyone knows which specific bulbs he uses (he was supposed to send me some, after I sent him $35 via Paypal, back in December) so I can try another color instead?

Since he went MIA, and hasn't responded to anybody's requests, many people have been using the www.ddmtuning.com website to get new bulbs, ballasts, etc. I would try there.

They're local to me, actually, so I can just stop in. I bought HID's for my Gixxer 750 there not too long ago.

In looking at their website, they don't list bulbs specifically...gonna have to give them a call.

If anyone else has any suggestions/feedback about the bulbs he uses, I'd appreciate it.

That link takes you to replacement bulbs, and you select H8 and the color. It should have a chart of the colors, or you can probably find pictures of different colors somewhere on the site.

Just so you know, the kit's not busted...I just don't like the purple anymore. I bought 12000K, and didn't realize how purple it was going to be...more interested in a blue hue.

Think I'm gonna go with 10000K this time around...for as cheap as their selling them, I can afford to make some changes.

As for exactly what bulbs he uses, I am sure bulk ordered a bunch of Chinese made bulbs, the same you can find on ebay. You could probably piece together his kit off ebay for 45-50 bucks, using the cheapest parts you can find. Was he a nice guy? Yes, we PMed plenty of times in the past. Did he sell us cheap crap and then disappear? Probably.

I bought his kit from someone else. The kit I bought didn't come with the ballasts, so Camaross sent me the ballasts at no charge, so he's taken care of me, aside from the bulb swapout, which really wasn't his responsibility until I sent him money for them.

Ddm tuning shipping is really bad but price is good...

I ordered my HID kit from there 4/4/2012 and still waiting ....hopefully they will be good quality

I picked up the H8 HID 10000K bulbs today, plus some 194's in blue for my sidemarkers....cost me a whopping $25. :P

If you guys want higher quality ballast and bulbs with UV protection (so you dont yellow your angel eye rings), check out HPB (high performance bulbs.com). We use them for all our lighting stuff. Best of all they have great customer service and excellent feedback, with high quality products.

95% of his customers bought the cheap stuff and go to him for the good stuff.
