IFH-0003 Datatransmission to Interface Disturbed Error
IFH-0003 Datatransmission to Interface Disturbed
Bought this cable: http://www.ebay.com/itm/110839153399...84.m1497.l2649 2009 335i Coupe Windows 7 Starter 32bit on Lenovo Netbook Ediabas 6.4.7 INPA 5.0 COM Port auto installs as 3, changed to COM 1 Latency set to 1 as recommended FIFO buffers set to 8 in registry Uninstalled Windows COM port drivers that were auto installed when cable plugged in Installed latest drivers from FTDI website v2.08.14 (plug has a FTDI labelled chip inside) Ediabas set to correct OBD interface INPALOAD appears to be up and running. Two black dots (battery and ignition) Load e90 [F9] Goto Karosserie > airbag then get IFH-0003 error Cable originally had pins 7 and 8 soldered together. I removed the solder bridge and even physically removed pin 8. Still getting the IFH-0003 error. Re-installed pin 8 and resoldered/bridged pins 7/8 (currently) Are Ediabas 6.4.7 and INPA 5.0 compatible with a 2009 335i? I specifically need to do diagnostics on my airbags due to airbag deployed icon showing after replacing with new airbags. Any other suggestions? I had some issues as well and decided to install XP mode on my Windows 7 Home Primo laptop. Worked after that for me.

i solved this problem by deleting the NCS Ediabas and Inpa folders in C:\\ and extracting the files from the archive again. it worked when i was using xp. I'm running 7 now.
