3M Scotchprint 1080 Interior Trim Wrap, extra glue behind the trim around the edges?

Does it require extra glue behind the trim around the edges, I'm using 3M Scotchprint not DiNoc.

Use this on the edges and on the back of the trims.

I should have waited, but was too eager to tackle the project. only one trim so far
