I would like to get my car detailed for the summer so I asked the local BMW dealer and they quoted me $169 (which isn't too bad). However, when I asked them what was done to the car, it just sounded like wash, wax, and vacuum. No clay bar, removing the swirl, and such.

Since my car is black, the swirls are very noticeable and I would like to get a quality detailing (like the ones I see in the "detailing" section of the forum). If you could point me to the right direction, I would really appreciate it. Thx.

I've got a buddy in berkley who did an absolutely amazing job on my car. He does everything including a paint sealant that lasts a year. If you'd like I can give you more info on his services. He doesn't miss a single part of the car I guarantee you that. Well worth what you pay.
