E90 Pre-LCI front bumper

I noticed there's a raised cover on my front OEM bumper, does this mean I have front PDC? I'm trying to do a Mtech, Msport, M3 replica front bumper but there doesn't seem to be cutouts for the E90 sedan. See picture below.

EDIT- Does this mean I have a E92 front end on my E90 sedan? I bought the car this way.

e92 bumper will not fit on e90, without major body work
that's a headlight washer
if you have 4 little holes like this then you have pdc, which looks like you don't

Ohhh haha. damn, didn't know that. But it seems like most kits for the e90 sedan dont have the cutout for the headlight washer

Nope. Have a body shop cut it if needed.
