do you remember about 6 weeks ago when we were supposed to be the same production week...well, you are getting your car tomorrow...and mine is still on a boat in the atlantic...:mad: haha, congrats! have a great time at the meet, i should be making one late august or september :rocks:

I dunno what happened to our cars?

Well I am not sure if I am getting it tomorrow or not. My SA never called me back... what a surprise.

I am calling as soon as I wake up tomorrow though. Preferably before noon. If i dont get the car tomorrow I wont be attending the meet... no point really. I am purposely keeping my old car's gas very low. No need to put gas in the car i wont be owning anymore. LOL

Ok its confirmed My car is at the dealershio 07/12/07!!!! He called me back finally... yes a late night call to give me good news. I will have my new baby tomorrow!!! Expect pics soon!!!

Yeah, I wish...first im in michigan, and second I wouldn't feel like taking the 5 series againm, ill just wait for the coupe. It a fun time though, enjoy!

Just spoke to my dealer and my car went from arrival at Port Hueneme Saturday to cleared customs today Tuesday, and will be at the dealership tonight 7.17! It was only built on 6.12!

Derek, the guy who is handling the delivery and giving me iDrive lessons so I can speak Bimmer, is an autocrosser and a car geek, so we're bonding.

I can highly recommend Shelly BMW, Cynda Lancaster, the Fleet Manager we bought from, AAA of CA pricing (lowest around and no negotiation..we bought the car in 10 minutes!), and Derek. If you need a car in SoCal, give Cynda a call. If you're an AAA member it's even better. I've also seen positive posts about Cynda (she handles ED too) here and on BimmerFest.
