Line in radio display

I was wondering if anyone has that funny line in the middle of their professional radio?? It literally cuts the word in half! Not sure what to do to remove it. Any ideas are welcome lol

there is a fix, requires replacing the lcd. there are guys on ebay that do it for about 150$

You can try sourcing the lcd yourself but everywhere i checked they were so expensive that it was easier to just send them the radio. The dealer fix for it is to just replace the radio but that will set you back around 700$.
