Can anyone calculate what my lease payment would be?

These are the options am getting on a 335 coupe:
ZPP Premium Package $2,550 $2,320 $2,484
609 On-Board Navigation System $2,100 $1,910 $2,045
205 6-Speed STEPTRONIC Automatic Transmission $1,275 $1,210 $1,256
ZSP Sport Package $1,100 $1,000 $1,071
6FL iPod and USB Adapter $400 $365 $390
4AD Brushed Aluminum Trim $0 $0 $0

Invoice on the car is 45,115

Does anyone know what my lease payment would be or what kinda of down payment I would have to put to make the payment 650 or less?(I know its impossible to get an exact quote of just looking for a ball park figure)

You haven't provided hardly enough info to get ANY kind of ballpark.

Figuring it out is easy. Get the money factor and residual percentage here and use the info to calculate the lease.

You need Cap Cost (final negotiated price + misc fee's + tax/liscensing), MSRP, and how much money you are willing to put down, either against cap cost or as MSD's (multiple security deposits). Also, the invoice on you car is incorrect. Paddle Shifters are mandatory w/ ZSP + Auto. Destination is $775.
