I would say intercooler first. Granted you can get more power out of meth kit.
The big tom IC is good bang for the back, it seems, however, it does require a bit of modification and scraping parts together.

If you are looking for an easier FMIC solution I recommend the ETS 5inch as it requires no cutting or trimming and performs great. Plug and play.

If you dont mind cutting and still want plug and play, the ER intercooler or ETS 7inch is what I recommend for those people.

I'd recommend any meth kit that comes with a failsafe and mounted in the trunk.

Just buy a couple 5 gallon drums. The place I bought Meth from sold them for $20 and the meth was only $3.50 a gallon. Not bad at all. Just be sure to keep the drums sealed tightly otherwise it'll draw in moisture.
