It depends on your dealership. I have a tune and im about to get FMIC. I live in Alabama though where they could care less. The only thing I can think of would be a single turbo kit..then they might say something haha! Luckily enough for me I grew up with the mechanic that works on my car. (I ask for him everytime to avoid problems when I go into BMW) He won't say anything ever so basically I can put on pretty much whatever I want!

A large part of it is having a good relationship with the SA or a tech. I have a good buddy that grew up with one of the techs and the guy actually has installed all of my stuff at the dealership. My SA doesn't care so long as I am not yelling and screaming about it to everybody, even when I needed to have the turbo's replaced. They understand, and for understanding I make sure that they both get a good present come the holidays (Steakhouse, gift cards, etc.) and I'm always well taken care of.
