Another I-pod question
Hi,
I would like to have the I-pod connection in my E91 M Sport Tourer to link up to my I-drive with the display on the sat nav screen, the car has pro nav. I have been quoted £469, £442 and £323, each by different dealers. I know, go for the cheapest one but, they are a 250 mile round trip from me the other 2 are local. I have rang BMW UK and they say threre is no menu pricing for this and the disparity is down to dealers labour rates. I think this is crap the cheapest is Coopers in Reading and the other 2 are Rydale Cardiff and Newport. What do you guys think and what have you paid? Steve |

This is just about the best i pod link i have ever seen. way more flexible than the BMW one and more upgradeable! Easy solution. |

I don't think it's worth the money. The retro-fit one is emulates a cd changer, which means it looks clunky and doesn't function anywhere near as well as the ipod clickwheel. |
