Bluetooth Mic

Just got the bluetooth retrofit done on my 2007 335i no-idrive car. It is coded and everything but the mic doesnt work. I can hear the caller but they cant hear me.

Anyone had this problem? Solutions?

Need to switch the wire pins behind the glovebox. Do a search, has been discussed before on how it's done
