Mtec angel eye issue?

Car just came our of the body shop from front end damage.The inner angel eye on the side that was fixed is alot more dim than all the others. Checked alignment on the stalks multiple times. All looked good...and both led's on the mtec bulb looked to be the same color. Any ideas? Going to swap the bulbs with the other side tomorrow to see if the problem follows....I'm scratching my head right now!

The light guide could be cracked.
