Pro headlight restoration in NYC?

I'm looking for someone who restores headlights the correct way by spraying UV protective clearcoat over a sanded lens for a more permanent solution. The lenses should not be buffed to a shine then waxed or sealed by temporary means.

Anyone know of a shop that can take care of this for me?

on what kind of headlight? I restore lenses as well as retro them with projectors. lemme know...

contacted "big A detailing" but they just sand and buff. no protection
