Cheap Downpipe Install?

I see people doing this as DIY on jackstands in 2 hours I don't see why shops charge 3 hours labour. All of you locals who know me told me your shop took 1 hour or so to install them so why is every place charging $200? Do any shops do this for a better rate??

Bimmersport, RMP and Stancefactory will do the install for less than $200... Not sure who you are going to that charges 3 hours...

non-xi is easy, xi need more time since sub-frame needs to be lowered.

I think Bimmersport charges 189 to install downpipes, assuming you provide all materials. My first downpipe install took me 6 hrs. I can probably do it in an hour now on ramps if the midpipes are removed. It's not so bad.
