I am looking to buy an iPhone 4, this will be my 4th. It needs to be in excellent condition and NOT a refurb, a simple IMEI look up can tell me if it is a refurbished which I don't want. I just want a nice one, 16gb or 32gb doesn't matter and I don't care if it is white or black. Please be able to provide me with info on it such as how old it is etc. I do not want or need a jailbroken phone.

Apple doesn't do refurbished phones. They replace with new ones. At the absolute worst, you'll have a motherboard that was used previously but even with that it would be indistinguishable from a brand new one.

Ok so here are some things to consider!

* when you try to tell me the phone is in excellent condition and then you show me pictures of it with knicks and dents in the side THAT IS NOT GOOD/EXCELLENT CONDITION

*don't send me pictures of it, mummified in a case and screen protector, I don't care about what the case and screen protector look like I need to see the phone and if it has any flaws

*don't try and convince me that $325 shipped is even CLOSE to a good or even fair price for a used 16gb 4

*I have had 3 of these, in fact I sold my one month old iPhone 4 32gb 6 months ago in PRESTINE condition and only could get $300 shipped for it.

*these phones go for $225-280 shipped HIGH TOP freaking dollar retail! I am not trying to steal a phone from someone I am trying to get a fair price, if I wanted to pay over top dollar I would already have one, stop trying to crank out every last cent out of someone

*the iPhone 5 will be out by the fall, no questions, doubts or ifs ands or butts and the phone stock of a regular 4 will plummet. I just want a 4 in great shape for a fair price, don't bother offering one to me unless it fits that bill
