Jb4 New Software?

I upgraded my jb3 to jb4 in november '11. Since then has there been a significant software update? If so, what is the difference?

by the way i have a 2007 335i e90

There has been a few updated maps from terry. Check out his 5/6-11 beta maps map 5 on n54tech
