HID AE melting issue?

Hello,
I am looking to upgrade my AEs and was in the market for a HID setup. I read some people have had problems with it melting various parts, but have not read any issues on the e9x. Does anyone have any experience with them over long periods of time? or anyone who can give any input?

Thanks.

HID runs cooler than stock bulbs. Just get a quality kit and there should be no issues.
