Remove connector to MAF sensor on rear of housing, gently with the clip.
Remove two bolts on top Loosen hose clamp at rear Remove filter box from car Loosen Torx screws Remove filter Replace filter Reverse operations above. Reconnection of intake hose at rear is a little bit tricky, but just wiggle it for a while and it will work it's way on. Should take you about 10 minutes max. The DIY section is always available as a resource. In case anyone asks this is good for all years e9x n52 engines. Not sure about n54. Probably the same |

Search the DIY forum. Look for any thread that deals with the airbox on a 330/325/328, as I believe they're all the same as long as it's for North America.
It's a really really easy thing to do, I even felt comfortable doing it.

Make sure you do the charcoal delete and get a k&n drop in filter
