Hi all,

There was a member that PM'd me awhile ago about getting SS brake lines for our BMWs, and when I was ready to get them, he wanted to buy them with me so we can save on the shipping fee.

But now Mike@N54tuning is selling them now, with a 4 line set, 6 line set and a 6 line set with brake fluid, and you have the option for local pick up (Mississauga) or delivery and I just bought the 6 line set for pick up.

The main reason I am posting this is that this deal is a very, very good, deal and I lost the information of the member that wanted the set that I just bought, to let him know he can get it from our local vender.

So I hope the member sees this post and get a set.

And for everyone else, this is a kick ass deal and get it while he has stock left!!

From what I have read, you do feel the improvement of the brakes in the street or track, and if you think about it and compare them to the OEM brake lines it makes sense.

I certainly have felt an increased firmness with SS lines on three previous cars.

Right now, I have a set ready to go on my M3 and I'm tempted to get a set for my wife's E90.

are they just for 335s? or they will fit 328s as well?

Definitely getting them. I ordered a set last week from **********s, now a week later they are telling they don't accept cc payments for international shippments and that i have to do a wire transfer. thats too much work for me, lol gonna pick up a set from 54tuning

Can anyone confirm fitment?

I doubt you will feel a difference on the street. The difference will be felt when the lines get very hot and the rubber start to expand. This is usually at the track. For the street the difference will be minimal unless you are driving aggressive all the time.

Not really. I have a full set on my car. Our brake booster is 'smart' and relieves pressure when applying high force while the pistons are barely moving. I feel I can brake more accurately now, but the feel is the same. It's just like the brakes listen more to what you want to do now.

Note: also upgraded to TMS slotted discs, Hawk pads and ATE type 200 fluid. Overall very satisfied, transformed the way this car brakes!

Anyone know why we have inner/outter lines? I've never heard of this lol
