If the SE looks so great, why do you want the aero lip?
because it might make the front end look nicer? but not so keen on it now

it might look out of place??? i need to see some pics of some SE with it on

ours has sports seats as i think it would be crazy buy a car of this spec without them

Exact same reason as Evil Diesel,

Liked the M sports but liked the 230's more.......

Happy with the decision in the end as my mate has just bought the E93 335i M Sports and I have to say I prefer the backend on the SE...... although I do like the feel of the steering wheel more in the M Sports, might have it fitted to my E92 335i Non Sports.

I do like the 230s though ......
My feelings exactly - preferred the 230's but was not gonna buy them on top of the M Sport wheels.

Personally I dont like the rear bumper and lack of side skirts on the SE. I really like the black section around the exhausts in the back bumper and the M side skirts catch the light great on a nice day.

That is why I waited until the M Sport became available.

As I put the deposit down last May (2006) I had no idea what the spec for the e93 was going to be let alone have a hard top. I did have the opportunity to choose the M Sport but I think it represents poor value for money.

There isn't the visual impact on the e93 in the same way I think the e46 M Sport has over the standard car. Much better to spec the SE the way you want it.

M sport- SE - 2.0 - 3.0tt - Petrol - Diesel - E91 - 92 - 93

Whatever, they are all fine cars that we OWN between us (accept carl 'cos its his Daddys) so and chill.

Although i have to Confess the 335d M Sport E92 in Sparkling Graphite is by far the best choice

Went for the M-Sport on my 335i as IMO it looks way more purposeful than the SE.

But then, with a diesel, you don't want a low front bumper when your ploughing your fields............

Also, all M-Sports may look the same but you will soon know if its a 335i (or even a 'd'!!!!!) when it comes screaming past!
