Squeaking brakes when NOT braking??

I have been noticing a squeaking sound from my brakes when not braking and only at low speeds. I spoke to the service technicians about it and they were unable to narrow down the problem. However, I believe that I now have narrowed it down to the brake pads/rotors.

Only after I have been using the brakes enough for them to have warmed up do I hear them start to squeak. Usually it stops squeaking once they cool for a minute or I increase my speed through second gear. I already have an appointment but just wanted to hear any of your opinions on this issue.

I had the same problem with my car before, only when it heat up and drive at low speeds, and I went to the service and they changed the pads and the sound disappeared.
