Would be easier to flare out the existing quarter panels.
QT is not a fender, you can' really remove it.

Wouldn't it be easier to trade your car in for an M3??? This will require some cutting and welding to put together, it may damage the integrity/drive of your car.

Just my 2 cents.

This is exactly what you'd need to do the rear quarter panel conversion. You'[ll need the rear facia as well.

A friend of mine is doing this right now on his 335. You have to cut off the rear quarter panels and weld the new ones on.
