PM sent. The offset in the front is fine. The rears will need the spacers. For reference, Mr. 5's previous car with 18x8.5 et32 front and 18x9.5 et35 rear:

the rear is 18x10 +20, it is little bit aggressive on E90, but not crazy, you don't need spacer on rear. Front will be normal fitment. here is more pic

Ah, so the rear on these will be 15mm further out than Mr. 5's former car? I am offset-stupid.

they are 18 x 10; mr. 5's were 9.5. So they will be about 21.5 mm wider on outside.

Actually, it is Approx. 21mm out from the Mr. 5's (15mm offset different + 6mm) because 1/2" wider wheel, half of 1/2" (6mm) go inner, half of 1/2" (6mm) go outer.

Right. I corrected my original post. I know you split the difference in width; my brain spasm was splitting 22mm rather than 12.7. Senility? No coffee? Dazzled by the awesome wheels?

Stock E92 might need some fender roll; pre LCI E90 should fit with 265s, maybe some 275s.
