Well I purchased a used TWM M1 abrams shift knob from a member of this forum, when I put it on it seams as the set screws are slightly stripped, no big deal, I emailed TWM and asked if I could get replacement screws, I was told if I ordered something off there web page they would send me screws for FREE. they told me to order there save the manual wrist bands for $9.99 as thats cheaper then a set of 3 set screws. how is a set of 3 set screws more then $10 plus shipping, they are just gonna stick them in a envalope and mail them.
I ended up Telling them I would source them out on my own. Definatly not good customer service. Would not deal with them again |
