buying parts

if your buying parts for you BMW such as Kidney grills or rear lip spoiler. were is the best place to get the parts from at good prices or do you all just go to main dealers? thanks

Plenty people have lip spoilers off eBay which are extremely cheap yet have good paint quality and fit well, ask around and they'll let you know which sellers to use.

Then you have the classifieds on here and SSDD. There is also mStyle but the more I look at them the more inflated their prices look. Though saying that they are good quality parts and they supply OEM stuff too.

Finally you have anneka@sytner on here who will do you good prices on official BMW parts. She's on holiday at the moment but will be back next week.

These are the ones that I know of and have dealt with and there are no doubt many more but this should get you started.

Also you can try Germany as well. Two weeks ago I ordered some Darkline rearlights from a BMW dealer in Munich for £204 inc delivery and I didnt pay any import duty (if that worries you).
