Duals from header to dual in/out magnaflow?
If I removed my cat and ran dual piping from the headers to a dual in/out magnaflow would there be room to accommodate dual pipes running along the underside to the back? I think the piping size is 2.5"? The magnaflow I was considering is P/N 11379. This would of course feed into a quad set up...

Yes it will work but your going to want a magnaflow with some packing in it if you lose the 2nd cats and res also.
