Urgent upgrade advice 325i E92 to 335i E92

Hi there

I had the 2007 325i E92 for awhile and know I want to upgrade to a bigger engine, so I looked up few options on carsale.com.au and found a good one in my opinion. here is the details to gives you an idea

2007 BMW 335I E92 MY08 STEPTRONIC

Kilometres: 79000
Red leather, one owner, full service history
Price is $46,800

They said the car hasn't been in any accidents, my question is do you think it's a good deal or not ?? I need to get back to him soon

Please advice ASAP

Thanks

Seeing the quads I would be asking the owner of any other mods that may have been done such as a tune..

This car has been on carsales for more than half a year.. starting from a private seller at about 52k for 2 months and then to a dealer hovering around 46-47k for four months. I can see why.. coral red interior and quad exhausts.

Having said that, I reckon it would be a buy if you can negotiate it to under 40k.

I like coral red interior, but the quad exhausts are a slight put off to start with.

Cheers guys for the help!!
I appreciate it, I've called the guy and he said the final price is 45K so it's not a big deal!! anyway I didn't like the quad exhausts too. @suj 6+ months shit I didn't know that.. I think I'll wait a bit more and keep looking till I find the right one.
have a good one

Taha,

Don't be rushed, agree with comments about quad pips and interior.

I say let it slide there's a lot of 335 out there so just take your time and look at others, unless the quad and red interior is exactly what you want, as you mentioned it's not, Keep looking.

cheers.

I would have thought the owner should have sold the car to the dealer with the original exhaust. The dealer might have the original exhaust with him. As for coral red on grey(the only exception might be on a M3 on which anything goes), not a big fan though must admit coral red looks great on a black car (think Stu had it on his black 325?).

Coral red is nice. Maybe not so much on space grey but I'm pretty over black leather.

Quads are fugly, but can always get that sorted out for a few dollars.

The ones on the grey car look odd because they have been done on a non Msport rear bumper. If you have Msport it might be easier to pull off. Personally I would just go with some 4" tips with stock dual exit exhaust.

Hmm...I have the M-sport bumper and was just about to order the quad tip carbon diffuser from Cyba. Maybe I'll save some $$ & just stick with the standard duals like u said.
