Best vendor for FMIC/CP Combo?

Hey Guys,

I am ready to bite the bullet on upgrading my FMIC and Charge pipe.
Who would you guys recommend on getting the best price of a ETS 5" FMIC w/ a polished pipe and an ER Charge pipe polished(the long one) with a Synapse BOV?

Trying to find the best deal.. who would you guys recommend?

+1, PM Jeff & he'll help you out. Not sure how much of a rush/how ready you are to buy these things, but he's actually running sales on both so you'd prob be able to get a really good deal.

I would suggest the ER FMIC with ER CP. The advantage of this setup is that ER includes all new cold side plumbing so with the charge pipe you will have all new better flowing plumbing from the FMIC to the throttle body. The ER pipe also uses the stock C-clamp to mount to the throttle body which is superior to a silicone coupler.

Shoot me a PM and I can help you out and answer any questions you may have. We've sold a lot of the ER/CP combos in the last few months and have had nothing but great feedback.

PM sent - but also doesn't the ER FMIC require trimming?

What exactly is this cold side plumbing, and how does it make the ER superior to ETS, Helix and other bolt-on FMICs?

We include a new lower charge pipe that is fully mandrel bent for superior flow as well. The factory hose has a bellow and is a restriction in flow. We also switch away from the oem c-clips which have an ID of 2.0" vs a tube which has an ID of just under 2.5" This makes for a higher flowing system.

Thanks!

Very minimal trimming, put mine in 45 mins, hardest part is actually the loer intercooler piping. Be sure to have the coupler 1/2 way on each pipe...the ER fits so perfectly the pipes are literally 1/8th" from each other....no huge gaps. This may be true with other FMIC units but I can not comment on there performance or install since I do not own one. If I where to switch I would go to helix for the larger face, but the ER is a damn good intercooler!

I got my Ar Dps, FMIC, Charge pipe from mike@54tuning.com and he is GREAT to deal with He is a A+ seller!!
