Missing engine part?

I was looking at my engine bay and noticed there was a part missing..
Ive seen this same part on other n54's. My car is a 08 335 e90 can someone help me pinpoint what part this is?

Holds vacuum lines if you want it to. Not a necessary part of the car at all and nothing appears to be missing on yours.

Alright as long if its not a necessary im good. Getting the JB4 and DCI installed tomorrow morning
