Just wanted to give a shout out to Luis @ OSS for the best customer service I've found on this forum, bar none.

Starting from the moment I first emailed him 8 months ago all the way til now, he's answered any and every email, text, call, whatever immediately. I had a problem with my headlights after what we suspect was shipping abuse, and Luis took care of it for me completely. My lights work flawlessly and I'm extremely happy to know that he backs his product 100%. I can't say that about anyone else in my entire history of modding.

So buy with confidence, fellow members. The lights are huge head turners and are worth the money, but the biggest incentive is that you do not have to worry about being left with an unfixable problem.

Just curious. Do you guys have back up cars to drive while you're headlights are being worked on? or do you go and rent a car for a week?

I have a second car. You can technically drive without a front end (and I have seen my friend do it) but it's not advised because of police.

Good for u, but when I tried to contact oss they didn't answer any of my few emails.

I ended up installing the orion rings and by my self.

Loved my OSS on my 2009 space grey 328 coupe.
Luis is a friend of mine, and I can tell you he is as much of a standup guy in personal affairs as he is in business.
Great guy, amazing product- no reason to go anywhere else for your pre-LCI angel eyes solution!

To those that have had problems contacting OSS Designs, that should no longer be an issue. If anyone has any questions or concerns, feel free to PM me, as I am on the forums more frequently than Luis. Luis is usually swamped with headlights and the hundreds of emails he gets in a day. Sometimes emails get over looked, and we apologize.
