Injector Replacement

I had misfires on #3 under load, low RPM and WOT with hesitations leading to Limp mode. So I first swapped the coils and misfire didn't move, do I change all the plugs and one injector. No misfire for a while and little hesitations, now I'm back with misfires on 3. I have to clean the valves still, but several questions if you can answer. 2008 335 w 70k miles, JB4+DCI, map 1:

1- Maybe the coil 3 went bad since then? It has only been
2- When I replaced injector 3, it came off really easily, is this normal or do I have a problem there? ( I got the new injector from the dealer and got it coded after I installed it)
3- Can the new plugs be bad? I got them from the dealer...
4- I've no VANOS codes, can it be coming from here?
5- I Will clean the valves but from what I read it affects the low idle right?

Do some logging with the JB under part throttle and WOT when the condition occurs, including throttle position and both banks AFRs. Send them to Burger and/or post here.

I've done it and Terry said to swap the coils, I don't have the car until the next week so I can't try it but I've the CSV file, I will upload it here

Cleaning your intake valves will help in every way. You'll notice it most at idle (since the engine won't be running as hard to suck in the same amount of air), but you'll also find the power delivery is smoother & that the engine more responsive (will also help you avoid misfires).

Essentially after walnut blasting your intake valves will look brand new.

I finally resolved my misfire, cylinder 3 was missing the decoupler since the day I bought the car (used). I checked all the other injectors and they have the decoupler, I did change one injector, the plugs and the the coil on cyl. 3 before I realized the decoupler was missing and was actually very important.. So far everything runs great, JB4 map 5 + E85 is just great

Could you explain what a decopuler is for those of us that have yet to encounter this. A pic would help alot too.

It is actually called the decoupling element, it is a O-ring going at the bottom of the injector and I believe seals the injector to the engine block, here are some pictures, my misfire was mainly due to that part missing, but I couldn't get a misfire without the tune.. If you order a new injector from the dealership or online, make sure it comes with that decoupling element.
