OEM BMW M Performance Steering Wheel. Sporty steering wheel made from Alcantara based on the M3 sports steering wheel. The diameter and cross-section are identical to the M3 standard steering wheel. Steering wheel rim flattened at the bottom, 3-color M seam and motorsports blue central marking in fulled nappa leather. Alcantara over the entire steering wheel rim offers an excellent grip in extreme driving situations. Attractive design with flattened steering wheel rim and central marking at the 12 o'clock position for that racing sports feel. *Your stock M3 steering wheel multifunction trim, airbag, and dct paddles (if applicable) transfer over. **Vehicles with heated steering wheel function will have this function disabled.

I am interested in the wheel that is Item Number: "BMWMPERFWHEEL" is this still available? Does the $635 (+$30 for paddles which i will need) include everything (airbags, bracket, etc.)?

Will this work on my '08 335i e92?? will it be under warranty?

Yep, still available - includes airbag bracket, but you transfer your factory sport airbag over to the new wheel. Same with the lower trim, unless you want to upgrade to one of the M or Alcantara versions.

The wheel will fit your vehicle just fine - and warranty is not compromised, as this is a genuine BMW part.

Do i have to get the paddles though?

Will the steering wheel not work with the paddles i already have (sport paddles that comes with the car)?

My dad has an M and in my honest opinion i find the +/- paddles to be rather annoying and limiting. For example, while driving with my paddles i can take a turn and have the freedom of shifting with either my left or right hand to shift down or up as opposed to the M setup which is fixed (shifting up is on the right and shifting down is on the left).

I know there are folks out there using the stock paddles with these wheels - I would do a search on this forum. There's been plenty of talk about this retrofit on here in the past.
