Not that this is going to help, but Red Light Camera tickets are becoming a huge issue of contention. Police Dept/Municipal Agencies are arguing that they're there to enforce the laws, while studies haven't recently illustrated that they actually cause more accidents.
There are several different possible attack plans you could go with:
If you do a little Google searching, you'll find that Red Light Cameras are highly inaccurate |

Here in NY, they provide two pictures showing when a vehicle goes through a red light. They even focus on the license plate. It's usually a cheap ticket so you might as well prevent any issues and pay it.

I got 2 in Philly right after I moved there, it's pretty unsafe in my opinion. People who know the cameras are there slow down at yellow lights, while people who don't know about the cameras are gunning it. I always am worried about getting rear ended at those intersections.
It sucks because they're $100+ a ticket. |

NJ is suspending Red Light Cameras b/c of all the people that have been getting in car accidents.

It's a $100 ticket. It's not issued to the driver but to the owner of the vehicle. They can't prove who's driving it but they can prove the car that did it...normally you'll get a photo with it.

Buddy of mine just got one at Broad and Vine in Philly. The picture clarity was amazingly good: red light, car in intersection, easily readable license plate, busted. Just what Philly desperately needs: a new, automated revenue generator. BTW, I have heard that the Philadelphia Parking Authority is the single biggest revenue generator for the city of Philadelphia.
