Car lurches/shakes at idle?

GOt a question guys my moms 325 lurches forward or shakes at idle when just standing still, the rpm gauge goes up a little bit. Kind of like a misfire but no codes or service lights. She always puts 92 octane in it. BMW attempted to fix under warranty but still happens and now with the A/C on its more often and more aggressively lurches.
Im thinking maybe a coil is going bad but why wouldnt it show a code?
Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thanks

Since Bmw attempted to fix it under warranty and failed then take it back to them. Why spend $$$$?

If no codes are being thrown use Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner (concentrate). It solves rpm fluctuating upon cold start-up. Also, for most BMW problems start off by scanning your car with the Peake Research Tool. It contains the actual BMW codes. If you want to register a newly installed battery for free (just buy a $10 cable) and google/download BMWLogger
