[Vegetable]

My CDV in my e92 is driving me nuts, even with 13 years of experience with a manual gearbox, I can't get this thing to shift from 1st to and gear smoothly.. I have 2ndgearaphobia if you will, always dreading the shift into 2nd at WOT or even partial throttle for that matter. Anyway, the DIY that I have read about is impossible for me. Is there a shop in Northern CA that has experience in modifying the stock CDV or replacing the stock CDV with a less restrictive one?
