Anyone know what this is?

I was looking for the USB slot in the glove box. But unfortunately, I cannot find it. I found a plug shown in the picture below. Anyone know what this is?

Thats for the rechargable torch that is supposed to be plugged in there.

oh, thanks. That mean it should have power, right? It is 5V or 12V?

I'm not sure what voltage, you'd have to multi-meter it.
